Design, Manufacture & Installation
All design and manufacturing is done in-house. We do not outsource fabrication. Your exhibition stand or custom build is made by our own artisans and installed by our own crew, with no handover gaps.

Build-Up & Breakdown
We manage the full on-site lifecycle of your exhibition structure or temporary installation. Our teams handle erection, layout and complete dismantling post-event, leaving the venue clean and your assets accounted for.

Logistics & Transport
We coordinate the movement of materials, structures and finished builds across South Africa. Transport is planned around your event deadlines and site access constraints.

Full Project Coordination
A single point of contact manages your project from brief through to handover. We track timelines, manage suppliers where required and report progress at agreed intervals. You stay informed without having to chase.

Home Renovations
We bring the same artisan standards from our commercial work to private residential renovations: kitchen refits, custom bathrooms, built-in joinery or a full interior refresh. We also work on student accommodation builds and managed residential properties.

What does A&L Projects do?
A&L Projects is a Cape Town build and installation company. Since 1999 we have designed, built and installed exhibition stands, shopfitting, hospitality interiors and corporate environments, and we take on home renovations to the same artisan standard.
Do you build custom exhibition stands in Cape Town?
Yes. We design, manufacture and install custom exhibition stands from our workshop in Parow Industria, Cape Town, and we manage the full build-up and breakdown on site.
Do you work outside Cape Town?
Yes. We coordinate logistics and transport across South Africa, with builds delivered beyond the Western Cape, including hospitality work in Bloemfontein.
Do you work with exhibition agencies and main contractors?
Yes. We work directly with brands, and as the build and installation partner for exhibition agencies and main contractors. We can build to your design or develop the design with our in-house designer.
Do you outsource your fabrication?
No. Our artisans, carpenters, metalworkers and project managers are employed full-time and trained in-house, so quality control stays with one team from workshop to venue floor.
Is A&L Projects B-BBEE compliant?
Yes. A&L Projects (Pty) Ltd is a B-BBEE Level 1 contributor.
