Privacy Policy
A&L Projects (Pty) Ltd respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. We collect only the information necessary to process your enquiry and manage your project. Your data will not be shared with third parties without your consent.
Terms of Service
All projects are subject to a signed agreement before work commences. Payment terms are 70% deposit on acceptance, 30% on completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. A&L Projects retains rights to project photography for portfolio use unless otherwise stipulated.
Design Change Policy
A&L Projects allows one major change and two minor changes once the design process has begun. Changes beyond this will be scoped and quoted separately. No changes to approved designs will be implemented without written confirmation.
Complaints Policy
All complaints must be submitted in writing to info@alwp.co.za within 48 hours of project completion. We commit to acknowledging all complaints within 2 business days and resolving them within 10 business days.
